he has Quantum Quack (tellyport within short distances) and Orb randmiser (can throw random orbs).
Rev Runner: decended of road runner
rev is part Genius and part speed, boy can he go fast.
he obtains the abilty to fly, he has G.P.S in built and has sonic speed.
